Three Rivers Elementary School has a philosophy based on building relationships with our students, our community, and each other. Our staff understands that it takes a village to raise our students and recognizes that we all need to be on the same page when it comes to the success of students and ourselves. Together we make a conscious effort to provide a loving, inspiring environment for all to feel appreciated and welcomed. We acknowledge and celebrate our accomplishments as a team, and turn all lessons learned into positive opportunities.

At Three Rivers Elementary, our unwritten motto is "Progress, Not Perfection!" We integrated an intervention period within our daily schedule to provide staff the time to focus and target on specific individual student expectations. With rigorous progress monitoring, Three Rivers Elementary created opportunities to document students' academic progress and make appropriate instructional adjustments. Each student has been given specific educational goals and a roadmap to success for visual tracking. Professional Learning Communities meet and gather data to ensure students are progressing, and our Instructional Leadership Team helps to organize and drive educational goals ensuring instruction is rigorous and educational materials are used with fidelity.

With all of this hard work toward academics, we also understood that students needed time to academically relax. As a campus, we implemented policies in which all students would attend daily "specials" classes and are provided an opportunity to participate in 45 minutes of physical education and 15 minutes of Recess on a daily basis.
