Valley Mills High School is a small, rural school of about 200 students in Central Texas. Though the school may be small in size, it has a large heart. We believe that relationships are the heartbeat of the school and what builds excellence in our students. It is personal investments in students to which we credit our success. We focus on the entire student body and tailor coursework and instruction to the needs of our students. By creating trust and accountability with our families, we are able to hold our students to high standards.
For a small school, we do not believe in limiting opportunities for our students. With that, we take pride in College and Career readiness, allowing for choice and innovation with the Master Schedule. We provide an array of classes to challenge students in their interest areas. From Dual Credit and Advanced Placement courses, to 5 CTE pathways, we are able to specialize student schedules to meet their needs and interests. We are able to provide these opportunities through online coursework and retaining quality teachers. With technology, we are able to expand our coursework options beyond what we would traditionally be able to provide. Valley Mills High School is a special place with very special people. We are family focused, student centered, and strive for excellence.
