Our Panther team at Timber Lake Elementary truly believes that every child has the potential to succeed. The minute a new student walks through our doors they become a part of our elementary family. Our staff takes immense pride in serving students as they grow and conquer new goals.

A key factor to our success is being part of a small community with a big heart. Community support, invested families, and unlimited commitment to making our little school a top priority are some of our most amazing attributes. We see record high attendance at Family Engagement night, National Family Day, and all classroom family activities throughout the year. We honor and see the power of strong partnerships with our families and community as it guarantees a positive impact on a child's education.

We continue to benefit from using data to drive instruction and building personal relationships with our students as we strive to understand their individual needs. Professional Learning Communities (PLC's), one-to-one technology use, incorporating high academic rigor, implementing intervention and enrichment opportunities, and embracing cultural diversity has led Timber Lake Elementary to be exemplary. Meeting social-emotional needs and transitioning to sensory friendly learning environments for the past several years has also been a crucial part of student achievement. The challenges that we face daily all become part of a great learning experience as we unite with the same beliefs, goals, and love for children. It is great to be a part of the Panther family!
