Our commitment to including all students

The New Hope-Solebury Middle School is committed to developing well-rounded students within a welcoming and inclusive environment. Students are recognized for their strengths, encouraged to pursue their passions, and provided supports and services to address their unmet needs. A comprehensive multi-tiered support system (MTSS) in the Middle School positions our educators to provide students with the targeted, individualized resources they need to succeed. The family-like environment of the school fosters a strong and supportive school community and contributes further to student achievement.

The NHSD Middle School has implemented several key initiatives that drive innovation, including the introduction of a comprehensive STEAM and robotics curriculum, courses and experiences to support college and career readiness, and programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion. These initiatives will advance academic achievement and prepare future-ready students. Our school's comprehensive extracurricular programming, which includes award-winning arts programs, athletics opportunities, and a diverse roster of clubs, has also served to enhance the student learning experience.

The Middle School student educational experience has further benefitted from the engagement of our families and community. We have developed ongoing partnerships with community organizations and services to broaden the scope of our programming and to facilitate exceptional learning opportunities. These connections, bold leadership, and a dedicated faculty support the comprehensive, supportive, individualistic experience we offer to all students.
