East Robeson Primary school is located in Lumberton, North Carolina, in Robeson County. Students at ERPS receive social-emotional and academic development by engaging in 21st century initiatives aligned with communication, critical-thinking, creativity, collaboration, citizenship, and cross-cultural understanding. Over the course of an academic year, many on-campus out-reach opportunities and events are provided to our students, with the intent for students to be a part of group activities that promote collaboration and critical thinking. Our students thrive when standard aligned instruction meets and aligns with real-life application.

Collaborative team planning is a priority at ERPS. Our instructional teams discuss and review plans to teach state standards, develop a guide of student expectations, deliver the content, analyze students' mastery of understanding, reflect on the effectiveness of the delivery, then provide support through intervention. By reflecting on our instructional practices and analyzing student data, our instructional teams are able to meet the needs of our students. The collaborative team planning process spans across the campus in all aspects of instructional practices, enrichment programs, or extra-curricular S.T.E.M activities. Together, we build a foundation for each initiative, evolve programs using input and data, while remaining focused on moving forward to address the next initiative.
