Innovative Catholic Leaders Grown Here!

Innovative Catholic Leaders Grown Here!

Inspired by a Pope Francis quote, let us protect Christ in our lives so we can protect others and protect creation, the entire Christ the King Catholic School community sets out to be protectors everyday. We actively protect Christ in our lives through prayer, attending Mass, and service projects. We protect others by being helpful and caring, and we protect creation by recycling, planting, and harvesting our school garden. Our staff takes pride in being protectors by challenging our students academically and providing for their emotional needs. Our parents protect others by serving as coaches, volunteering on our PTO and during the school day, and generously donating to our fundraisers. Our students follow the example set by their parents and teachers and seek out opportunities to be protectors everyday.

We protect our students by motivating and challenging them to grow. We embrace challenges and mistakes by cultivating a growth mindset. Our teachers use student data to set goals and meet individual student needs. We implement hands-on lessons that challenge students to apply their knowledge, problem solve, and collaborate. We also protect our students by focusing on their social and emotional health. Our school counselor implements mental health lessons with all grades. We also provide community building activities during the school day throughout the year and after school during sports and clubs. We are a community of lifelong learners with the goal of providing our students a Christ-centered, innovative learning environment that inspires them to be protectors for the rest of their lives.
