Authentically Catholic, Academically Excellent. Holy Spirit Catholic School has served a diverse community of students in Jacksonville, Florida since 1988. Our faculty averages 19.7 years of experience and, led by the Holy Spirit, they "train up" our students to love one another and have a desire to serve others. The school holds high academic expectations for students and combines those with a well-rounded curriculum that includes weekly instruction in Religion, Art, Music, Spanish, Technology. and Physical Education.

A major component of our school's success has long been the involvement and cooperation of our parents. We believe that parents are a child's primary teacher and school staff partner with our families to educate each child to be academically competent and spiritually strong. In fact, nearly every one of the school's extra-curricular activities involves multiple parents who serve to assist with organizing and supervising students in choir, Rosary Club, Tree Huggers Club, Drama, and a Run / Walk Club, to name just a few.

Holy Spirit students benefit from individualized computer software programs that track academic growth in both reading comprehension and math skills. Tablet and cloud-based instructional platforms are used at the school to engage students in the learning experience and prepare them to function in the 21st century. The school strives to prepare students for educational competence as they progress through grade levels and become contributing members of our society.Grounded in the long history of Catholic education, our school provides a structured and nurturing setting in a comprehensive academic program.
