Wittmann Elementary: We Are Wittmann!

Wittmann Elementary: We Are Wittmann!

A diamond is the most precious gemstone on Earth but it takes a lot of work to make a diamond sparkle. When a student enters Wittmann Elementary, they are a diamond in the rough. With our multi-faceted "Enter to Learn, Leave to Achieve" program, students are offered a multitude of programs to support their success, allowing them to sparkle brilliantly when they move on. Wittmann's goal is to produce a well-rounded student, who is a productive and responsible citizen within the classroom and beyond. The needs of all students are addressed through classroom instruction, academic support, enrichment opportunities, and an extended learning community. Wittmann is a place where students gain an outstanding education with outstanding staff members and strong community support. Our school-wide expectations of being Respectful, Responsible, and Compassionate make Wittmann a nurturing and supportive learning environment for all.

At Wittmann, we believe that every student should have access to enrichment and career opportunities. Beyond our rigorous core curricula, enrichment is supported through Wittmann's Beginning and Advanced Bands, Art, and weekly Coding/Robotics labs. Overall, Wittmann has 20 different enrichment and career opportunities for our students. Wittmann is a special place where all staff, parents, and students are incorporated into our diverse learning community and a school that supports and encourages the involvement of all school stakeholders.

The last few years have been incredibly difficult navigating a school through a pandemic but the resilient learning community that makes up Wittmann continues to adapt to the changing educational landscape. After experiencing our multi-faceted approach to learning, our diamonds in the rough leave Wittmann Elementary as polished, brilliant, and well-rounded citizens of the world. Our staff and parent groups work closely together to create a unified vision for success and truly embody that together, "We are Wittmann!"
