Achieve Early College High School is a stand-alone dual enrollment high school located within walking distance from South Texas College in the Rio Grande Valley. Our students embark on an accelerated track to acquire a high school diploma and an associate's degree within 4 years of high school. Using the Common Instructional Framework as our guiding principle to ensure students receive an in-depth understanding of all core curriculum is integral to Achieve's success. Students learn with hands-on activities throughout their high school career; however, our focus is not only on their academic well-being but also on their emotional aspect success. All students have emotional intelligence lessons embedded within their freshman and sophomore elective classes. Furthermore, we foster campus community involvement by having many UIL Academic events for students to participate in, as well as many student-organized clubs.

Achieve is committed to ensuring all graduating students are successful community members. Our associate's degree attainment has been as high as 89% of 129 seniors and with a 100% graduation rate. We have been a T.E.A. A-rated high school for three consecutive years and have been designated a five consecutive year Honor Roll School, which exemplifies all our campus-wide dedication to excellence. This is Achieve's second National Blue Ribbon Schools Award, first in 2015 and now in 2021. Teachers maintain high expectations for our students and provide any extra assistance to students where needed, which has proven to be effective. Staff, students, and the community continue to strive to make sure we will be successful.
