It is said that success lies in the critical nature of collaboration and the strength of believing that together we can accomplish great things. This is the power of collective efficacy, and this is what makes Pinedale Elementary exceptional. One teacher said it best: "Our teamwork and relationship-building are a way of operating that never changes."

For the past several years, our staff have initiated personal and professional development by focusing on components of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Growth Mindset. At Pinedale, we collaborate to continue to grow as teachers and learners. We have a culture of kindness, which leads to academic growth and an unwavering commitment to teamwork. Creative scheduling allows us to maximize time together and intentionally plan to meet the academic and social-emotional needs of our learners. Together we share the belief that there is a leader in all of us.

The Pinedale community is actively engaged in supporting both students and teachers. Everything from advocating for safer streets in the neighborhood to nightly reading with their children to supporting teacher proposals financially, families are invested in all aspects of our school community. This is an essential element that makes Pinedale Elementary so successful. No matter the challenge, our school always seeks to do better, be better, and rise above!
