Everett Area High School

Everett Area High School

Everett Area High School is located in the rural, south-central Pennsylvania town of Everett (the little town that could), consisting mainly of farmland and state forest. EAHS has an enrollment of approximately 400 students and 30 staff members. We provide a wide variety of athletic and extra-curricular programs, developing relationships within our school to reach our district objective of connecting to 100% of our students.

Everett Area High School is committed to providing an individualized education to all students through acceleration, enrichment and alternate learning experiences. EAHS offers a strong academic program that includes Dual Enrollment, Honors and Advanced Placement courses. Our partnership with and proximity to Allegany College of Maryland allows for our students to enroll in early college courses during our normal school day, and our in-house cyber academy provides a flexible option for students wanting to experience a less traditional education. This online platform allows for full-online, independent study, acceleration, and remediation options. EAHS provides all students with one-to-one technology which is supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure in our facilities.

Our faculty and staff ensure that all students receive a quality education in a nurturing, secure environment, consisting of academic rigor and excellence while providing the tools necessary for our students to successfully transition into achieving productive life goals. We believe in the importance of instilling a sense of belonging in all of our students. Through a comprehensive and integrated curriculum, qualities of strong moral character are supported through nurturing a sense of community, self-worth, and mutual respect.
