The foundation of Icahn Charter School 3's education program is the Core Knowledge curriculum. This curriculum, which was created by E.D. Hirsh, is renowned for its high academic success. At Icahn Charter School 3, we believe it is important to celebrate the success of our students daily. At the end of every month, we have assemblies to celebrate all the hard work and successes our students are having in the classroom. Each class celebrates the Student of the Month, Most Improved, and Perfect Attendance with awards.

Data teams analyze students' strengths and areas in need of growth on a weekly basis. Our Targeted Assistance and Saturday Academy programs ensure students who are struggling academically work daily in a small group setting to meet their academic needs. Our teachers integrate technology into their lessons daily by utilizing Chromebooks in all classrooms from kindergarten to 8th grade. Icahn Charter School 3 believes that collaboration between administration, faculty, and families is an integral part in assuring the success of all students. To pursue this aim, families are invited monthly into the school for various workshops such as "Let's Read Together Pajama Night," and "Mindfulness Toolbox Workshop." Families and staff also come together on Saturdays during the school year for our exciting Science and Math events. These workshops allow our students to show their families what they are learning about in school and have fun while learning. High expectations, collaboration, and clear commutation allow all students at Icahn Charter School 3 to be successful!
