Fort Calhoun Junior-Senior High School, commonly referred to as "The Fort," is located in a rural community outside of Omaha, Nebraska, and is considered "home" to many of our students. It's a place of both safety and comfort to adults and children alike, and many generations of families have established deep roots here. Our school believes that all students can achieve at high levels when given the tools and opportunities.
"The Fort" offers a wide curriculum that provides a plethora of opportunities to students. With awarding-winning activities, diverse programs and clubs, partnered with strong academics, Fort Calhoun is an ideal place for students to learn and grow. Additionally, we take pride in giving every student the opportunity to earn college credits while in high school using both dual enrollment staff and partnerships with local colleges.
Fort Calhoun Junior-Senior High School strives to instill courage, character, and commitment in students as a reflection of our community. These three attributes extend beyond educating our students with content knowledge, while also intently fostering growth and development of the whole person. We desire to make an impact and prepare students to be productive, successful individuals by offering a well-rounded education in an environment where all are known and loved at "The Fort."
