Blessed Sacrament School

At Blessed Sacrament School, we strive to create an enjoyable, faith-filled learning environment while also implementing a high-quality, rigorous curriculum. Through our sophisticated Response to Intervention program, we provide appropriate intervention for our learners in need of enrichment, those on grade-level, and those that need additional support. Utilizing this program's data to ensure that all students meet the grade-level expectations established in our essential skills gives us the confidence to promote students to the subsequent grade-level fully prepared to meet the next year's rigorous academic challenges. Fostering a caring and supportive work environment for teachers allows our staff to function as more of a family than as coworkers. This mutual care, respect, and support blankets our students and staff and allows all parties to function at their highest and happiest levels. The implementation of a new STREAM program has been a welcome addition four our building and has promoted interest in the STEM fields across the board. We have installed interactive touch-screens in over half of our classrooms, including all of our elementary classrooms, to enhance student learning by promoting student engagement. Our students have access to regularly updated, one-to-one technology thanks to the support of our community. Two main parent groups fundraise and support our students, teachers, and school in countless ways throughout the year. Above all else, our school has learned that open communication between all parties is crucial in order to attain high levels of achievement and satisfaction.
