Saint James Catholic School ignites the potential in each child.

Saint James Catholic School ignites the potential in each child.

Saint James Catholic School located in Falls Church, VA, is committed to engaging each student in an educational setting where Jesus is the Center and Mary is the Model. Our students are educated in, and encouraged to live daily, the IHM virtues of love and service, strengthened by prayer and confidence in God's redeeming love.

Saint James excels in its academic program due to the enthusiasm and energy of our teachers, a strong support staff, engaging and inquisitive students, and wonderfully supportive parents. Our highly dedicated PTO has continuously funded the bulk of our technology improvements throughout the school. These enhancements have impacted every student, especially by providing tools for those who need extra attention or a more rigorous program. Our academic program challenges our students to reach their highest goals, plants the seeds for a love of learning, and prepares them for their future education.

The strong faith community of Saint James School is the most profound indicator of success for our students. Service and commitment to those in need is a paramount characteristic of Saint James. Our school strives to build a sense of community responsibility through our many outreach programs to local centers as well as global needs. Students, parents, and teachers all join together for food collections, Christmas "Shoebox Gifts" to a less fortunate school, scarves and gloves drives for our local children's center, and creative ways to raise funds for our Diocesan Mission in Haiti.

Saint James School strives to ignite the world with God's love!
