Dows Lane Elementary School is most notable for its feeling of joy and community as soon as you enter the doors. With a strong sense of individuality and respect for all, students and staff feel welcome and at home in Dows Lane. We strive to balance rigorous academics and social emotional learning, helping our youngest learners develop a strong foundation of resilience, grit, and determination to be their best and make the world a better place. Our staff is continually learning to best meet the needs of all of our students and we grow together every day. Our Character Education program helps students learn to appreciate and celebrate who they are and how to be their best selves. In addition, our Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and School Counseling programs support the needs of all of our students.
