Rose Acres Elementary School is one of six elementary schools in the award-winning Pattonville School District located in suburban St. Louis, Missouri. In 2020, Rose Acres was recognized as one of only seven Gold Star Schools in Missouri. We are proud to be a Lighthouse School through the Leader in Me program. This recognition honors schools for achieving outstanding results in school and student outcomes and for the extraordinary impact the school has on staff, students, parents and the greater community.

We believe all students are leaders and through the use of personalized learning and a purposeful focus on social-emotional health, we engage, motivate, and prepare our students with the necessary skills to be successful in life. Our students are given daily opportunities to use higher-level thinking skills and apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems. Through collaboration and a strong commitment to continuous learning, our staff is dedicated to helping students to reach their full potential.

Rose Acres is a positive learning environment where the climate and culture are evident to all that walk into the building. We are unique and fortunate to be able to meet the needs of a wide range of student abilities to include the traditional student, as well as the self-contained cross-categorical special education student, the gifted, and the exceptionally gifted. This provides opportunities to develop staff awareness, strategies, and expertise. Our students are immersed daily in a community of learners that represents and reflects the world around us.

We continue to meet the ever changing needs of our school community by providing the leadership skills needed.
