Centennial Elementary is located in Circle Pines, Minnesota. Our school serves students in Preschool through 5th Grade from multiple communities, with an open enrollment rate over twice the state average. We are a proud Title One school, supporting the diverse socioeconomic needs of our learners.

Our entire staff, including paraprofessionals, custodians, food service staff, bus drivers, and all others who work at our building believe in fostering a team approach. Our staff dedicates much time and attention to learning about each student, promoting confidence and a willingness to take risks in their learning. Using the philosophies behind PBIS and AVID, we have witnessed students exceeding their academic and personal goals.

With the expertise of our Special Education, Title I, and related services staff, our Professional Learning Communities collaborate regularly to prioritize our students' goals and their progress toward them. Our common formative assessments drive the direction of our instruction. We have high academic expectations for our students, encouraging them to meet or exceed their full potential.

The families of our students play a vital role in the success of our school community. Throughout the year, many parents and community members volunteer at Centennial Elementary in a variety of ways to enhance the learning experience. You will find volunteers tutoring students, organizing group activities, running book fairs, and chaperoning field trips just to mention a few. We view families and community members as partners in educating our learners.

We are Centennial Elementary and we are proud of our school community!
