CHS - It's More Than Four, It's A Lifetime

Founded in 1894 by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, Catholic High School is an all-boys educational institution that centers on holistic education addressing the spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and academic needs of its students. As a six-time National Blue Ribbon award winning school, CHS is never content to rest on its accomplishments, but instead, continuously evolves to incorporate the ever-changing aspects of a 21st century education.

A leader in incorporating technology within instruction, CHS offers a college preparatory curriculum that includes standard academic, honors, and AP course offerings, allowing students to select courses that fit their goals, abilities, and interests. CHS offers a STREAM program that enables students to pursue their passions in computer technology, engineering, architecture, art and media arts, with a significant emphasis on the religious and ethical applications of these disciplines. Additionally, CHS incorporates a standardized test prep program for all students as part of its standard curriculum to provide increased opportunities for college admissions and scholarships.

The dedicated faculty and staff place personal attention at the center of their ministry. This focus provides a nurturing and caring atmosphere so students can embrace CHS as a sanctuary in a world filled with challenges. Through service opportunities, retreats, extra-curricular activities, academic offerings, and a newly created student mentoring program, CHS students have opportunities to experience and share the love of God throughout their high school career.

A new 32,000 square foot Student Center opening in the fall of 2020, demonstrates Catholic High School's commitment to future progress, while remaining grounded in its 126-year history as a school of excellence.
