State Bridge Crossing Elementary School - Johns Creek, GA

State Bridge Crossing Elementary School is located in Fulton County, Georgia and is home to 730 Pre-K-5th grade students. Since opening the doors in 1996, there has been a keen emphasis on academic excellence and supporting the growth of the whole child. Our mission is to create lifelong learners and to foster the development of responsible citizens. While academics is a top priority, creating a positive learning environment is equally as important. Teachers engage students in a variety of learning tasks to increase student engagement and their thirst for learning. We strive to create educational experiences for students that meet their unique learning profiles. Teachers have mastered personalized instruction and carefully plan lessons that incorporate research-based strategies and technology to instill a profound love of learning. Through our dedication to personalized learning and continuous achievement, students are encouraged to learn at their own pace. At SBCE, we are rich in technology. We have a dedicated STEM lab, 3D printers, computer labs and a bring-your-own device to school program. We also have a dedicated science lab led by community members and parents that not only provides our students with hands-on experiences but enriches the science curriculum. Most recently our PTA added a learning garden with a farm to table nutrition program in our cafeteria. It is through the partnerships with our district, community, parents, staff and students that State Bridge Crossing maintains high academic achievement.
