Highline Academy Charter Schools provides a welcoming environment where staff meet students where they are and inspire them to discover who they can become. Our REACH program has helped students understand the interconnectedness of self reflection, civic responsibility, and a pursuit of excellence; and how they all work together in our growth as leaders and learners. We believe when children are provided with rigorous academics, character education, social-emotional support, and taught to appreciate the beauty of diversity, they are best equipped to tackle the challenges that await them in the world and to be agents of positive change. The leaders of Highline empower teachers to support and instruct their students as unique individuals who have unique needs. Being nimble, innovative, compassionate and proactive has made all the difference in providing a hands-on culture for students where they feel valued, seen and heard. Everything we do is rooted in 'The Highline Way' which is reflective of high standards, high support, putting students first, acknowledging everyone is a learner and can succeed, creating a diverse and inclusive community, and striving for ongoing collaboration.
