Students grow as difference makers for God

Students grow as difference makers for God's Kingdom at MCS.

Mariners Christian School is committed to providing students with a supportive and nurturing environment so that every student is thriving and successful. From passionate faculty and staff, to supportive parents and local community partners, the MCS community collectively recognizes the unique responsibility of meeting the needs of all children. MCS focuses on the whole child academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

MCS students benefit from a dynamic academic environment that is challenging and engaging; one that promotes innovation and instills a lifelong love for learning. The school's comprehensive educational program integrates a distinctly Christian worldview in every subject area. This experience-rich environment encourages students to discover and develop their interests and to recognize and cultivate their God-given strengths. Innovative educational practices, Next-Generation Technology, and specialized programs including Maker Education and Mariners Institute of the Arts provide students with opportunities to create and innovate.

All faculty and staff at MCS serve as role models and spiritual leaders. Prioritizing character development encourages students to understand their role and responsibility to be difference makers in the local and global community. The LIONS' Pact character education program, founded on biblical principles, fosters social and emotional learning for transitional kindergarten through eighth grade students.

Mariners Christian School equips students with the knowledge, foundational skills, and growth mindset necessary to achieve success and to become difference makers in an ever-changing world.
