A day in the life of a St. Mary Knight!

St. Mary School is one of six elementary schools under the umbrella of Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools. Generations of families have been drawn to St. Mary School for over 50 years due to the rich traditions and quality Catholic education. According to one of our parents, "I have seen first-hand the benefits Catholic education has delivered to my parents, siblings, and now my own children. St. Mary School gives children a foundational education that enables them to compete in any field. The values that are instilled are beneficial throughout their lives. Combining these aspects with a sense of community, children are in an environment where they can thrive."

St. Mary School is committed to providing a caring, supportive, safe, and academically robust learning environment. Our students prepare to be globally responsible citizens by serving others through works of charity and by developing a sense of justice through an understanding of Catholic Social Teaching. Treating everyone with respect is modeled in the classroom, supported in social-emotional learning, and reinforced with religious teachings.

Teachers at St. Mary School are passionate about educating the whole child and cultivating their love of learning. Our highly qualified teachers respond to the diverse learning abilities within the student body by emphasizing differentiated instruction. Enrichment and remediation classes engage students in critical thinking, collaboration, problem solving, and creativity. Technology is authentically integrated into the classroom to teach 21st century skills. Leaders emerge at every grade level as students strive for excellence in academics, performing arts, and athletics.
