A great school only exists when it is filled with great kids and a staff that recognizes that. The staff at Sabold Elementary School see teaching as an amazing opportunity to shape the lives of children and provide them with a foundation that will lead them to be hard-working, empathetic, and successful human beings. They see Sabold students as family, and create a positive and nurturing environment in which they can thrive.

There is a dedication to improvement that the students and staff bring to Sabold Elementary School every day. The school community sets lofty goals on excellence; however, the daily focus is to get better. Students understand that the adults in the building do not care about who is the smartest or the fastest, but have great concern for who is working hard to make themselves better.

The staff members at Sabold Elementary model this dedication and passion by continuously working hard to improve their teaching skills. The staff seek out their own opportunities for professional growth and collaboration. The staff motivate each other through their relentless efforts to find ways to better their instruction to meet the needs of their students, and challenge them to achieve their highest aspirations.

There is a palpable sense of shared responsibility for success at Sabold. Students, staff, and the community understand their roles in the formula for success. It takes all stakeholders believing in a shared vision to create the enthusiastic, dedicated, and thriving school community that exists at Sabold Elementary School.
