New Year; New Tagline

New Year; New Tagline

Charles A. Lindbergh Elementary School located in Dearborn, Michigan owes its success to its ability to create a positive school culture grounded in its traditions and its strong sense of community. As a school community our commitment to creating leaders that are empathetic, balanced, goal-oriented, reflective and global citizens is a key factor to our success. We pride ourselves on having high standards and expectations and ensuring that our families and community are actively engaged in everything we do. We focus on building strong relationships early on to ensure our students feel supported and important. We have a support system the helps boost confidence and pushes them to accomplish anything.

As a "Leader in Me" Lighthouse school we empower students with leadership and life skills to thrive in the 21st century by teaching leadership principles; creating a leadership culture; and aligning academic systems. This foundational system is what drives our ability to implement and embed research based practices and routines to enhance instruction at both the social and academic level. We use measurable data results to guide, validate and impact our decisions. As a result of this our core paradigms now allow us to see how our behaviors impact the results we achieve.

Each and every stakeholder regardless of their role; parents, students, staff and community members all partner to ensure our interactions are built on communication, compromise and celebrations. We hold each other accountable and pride ourselves on the accomplishments we are able to attain collectively as one.
