AFNorth Middle/High School is a Department of Defense Education Activity School located in the southern Netherlands. We serve dependents of military and civilian government employees stationed in bases in Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. Through a unique partnership, AFNorth MHS is one of seven schools which make up AFNorth International School. Students have an opportunity to collaborate with students of school systems of four other nations. On any given day, AFNorth students may be learning in classes with peers of 28 different countries under the guidance of teachers from 4 different nations.
The vision of AFNorth Middle/High School is excellence in education for every student, every day, everywhere. With an emphasis on rigorous education and high expectations. AFNorth MHS offers a variety of Advanced Placement courses in both face to face and virtual platforms. In 2018, 62.5% of our AP students scored a three or higher on their AP tests. This percentage is higher than DoDEA or global averages!
