Arnold Adreani Elementary Student of the Week Assembly

Arnold Adreani Elementary Student of the Week Assembly

Arnold Adreani Elementary School is the "Home of the Wildhawks." We like to say that being a Wildhawk means something. It means that our students are set apart for excellence due to a climate and culture that fosters high expectations both academically and behaviorally. Our motto is, "Leave A Legacy." The namesake of our school, Dr. Adreani, is our inspiration for this motto. We challenge students to think about the impact that their choices make on the school, the community, and ultimately, the world.

Through our rich PBIS model, we create an environment that is a safe, respectful, and responsible place for students to learn. We take time to explicitly teach desirable behaviors and systematically celebrate the accomplishments of students. Through Tier 2 PBIS, special attention is given to the social and emotional well-being of our students.

Our students receive a high quality education at the hands of teachers and staff who are dedicated to their craft. Our teachers function as a cohesive unit through the PLC process. Teachers deliver superb initial instruction and provide targeted interventions through differentiated instruction that includes designated ELD. Further, students are offered leadership opportunities and enrichment through GATE, VAPA, NEHS, PE, and Student Leadership, to name a few.

A special and important component of Arnold Adreani Elementary is a community that deeply supports their children and the staff. Our community comes along side of us to aide in raising the next generation of incredible citizens. We could not do it without them.
