Rolling Ridge Elementary School holds the potential of approximately 500 students in The Harbor Creek School District. This suburban school is located on 63 acres of trees and foliage just a few miles from downtown Erie, Pennsylvania. Rolling Ridge takes pride in recognizing each day of the school year as a new opportunity for young learners. The philosophy of Rolling Ridge is apparent as all students are valued and are considered important contributors to each engaging day. Rolling Ridge is not only defined by its academic success as a distinguished school but also by the unique growing experiences for students.
Many opportunities exist that assist in the social and emotional learning of students. A peek into Rolling Ridge would show students helping students as "Husky Pals" as well as high quality learning experiences in each classroom. Rolling Ridge is proud to be an organization that embraces empowered leadership as professionals share their experiences and help develop the potential among each other. A school wide theme is adopted each year that unites the entire school community. This year's theme has everyone "Teaming Up for Students" which can be easily seen in the inspiring sport's messages throughout the school.
