Mariemont Elementary First Day of School Flag Raising Ceremony

Mariemont Elementary First Day of School Flag Raising Ceremony

At Mariemont Elementary, we work each day to support our students in their academic, social, and emotional growth, because we understand that every student has potential and the ability to learn. Meeting the needs of our students is the core of every decision made. The reading, math, and writing workshop framework that is employed in all K-6 classrooms in our school enables our teachers to differentiate learning and to tap into students' strengths by offering choices, encouraging self-reflection, goal setting, and fostering student ownership of learning.

We whole-heartedly believe at Mariemont Elementary that it takes a village to educate a child. Partnering with our parents and community is a top priority. We believe that through consistent and open communication and working together, the experience for each child at Mariemont Elementary will be successful and positive. Through community and business partnerships and initiatives like our Warriors Change the World initiative, our students are able to see learning beyond the walls of the classroom. Our Mariemont City School District and school are driven by our rich traditions, supportive community, and innovation which all make up the "Mariemont Experience."
