Saint Leo the Great: In Pursuit of Faith and Knowledge

Saint Leo the Great: In Pursuit of Faith and Knowledge

Saint Leo the Great School, continuing its rich tradition of academic excellence and faith formation, is honored to be named a 2018 National Blue Ribbon Award recipient. Each year, Saint Leo the Great School continues to grow both spiritually and academically, making us the ideal place for our students to both learn and grow.

Founded on the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, we guide our students toward Gospel values, and charge our students with the responsibility of living those values through spiritual, educational, social, and athletic activities. We believe that every student has the potential to lead with compassion, learn with commitment, and act with courage. Our students are involved in numerous school-wide and individual activities which allow them to connect with neighboring communities and to grow in their understanding that we are called to love and to serve others.

Always at the forefront of new and innovative educational practices, we are committed to providing our students with opportunities to thrive in the present and to be prepared for the future. Technology is strongly embedded in the teaching and learning process across the curriculum. A strong and dynamic STEAM program is supported by a newly renovated technology wing where the interconnections among mathematics, science, and technology are explored, and inquiry-based and practical, problem-based learning occurs.

Saint Leo the Great School is a place where students are empowered to be active participants in their commitment to God, kindness to each other, and in their pursuit of knowledge.
