Kitty Hawk Elementary, home of the Falcons, is located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and serves a rural community that is supportive, generous, and benefits greatly from the local tourism industry. With more than 75 years of rich history, Kitty Hawk Elementary provides a quality education for all students.
Our focus on the academic, social, and emotional needs of the whole child plays out in everything we do. Our state recognition as a model school for Positive Behavior and Intervention Support validates our safe, supportive, and kind environment where teachers and staff are committed to excellent teaching and learning.
