Leeton Elementary is a small rural school located in West-Central Missouri. Our school is proud to serve as the center of the community where all stakeholders work together to increase student achievement.
We have built a curriculum that challenges students to develop a problem solver mindset and apply problem-solving strategies throughout their education. We work very hard as a team to help individual students in our classrooms by providing a rigorous and challenging curriculum as well as individual attention as needed. Our staff consistently reflects upon instructional practices, content area curriculum, individualized supports, and assessments utilized in order to maintain high levels of student achievement and growth.
At Leeton Elementary, we focus on core values that put students first, encourage a collaborative mindset, and strive for excellence in all we do. We believe by focusing on individual learners and utilizing a variety of data pieces, we are able to make informed decisions, which positively impacts all our learners. Our staff believes in a mindset of continual growth, not only for their students but for themselves as well. The Leeton Elementary school family is truly dedicated to the success of our students and believe with consistent support, opportunities, and guidance they can achieve anything!
