Evergreen School's Olympic Field Day

Evergreen Elementary School, located in Carol Stream, Illinois, is the home of the Eagles. Our preschool through fourth grade students, staff, parents, and community, are proud to be a part of this great school. Parents often describe Evergreen and the district as a public school in a private setting because of the close family climate. We are committed to making this school a great place to be. Everyone watches out for each other. We are proud of the great character modeled by students and faculty and the way we are integrated into the Carol Stream community.

The faculty of Evergreen are passionate about our student's academic achievements along with their social and emotional growth. Each day students are encouraged and challenged to develop to their full potential. Grade level teams meet regularly to ensure that students receive the appropriate intervention to individualize and enrich learning. We are proud of the processes in place to monitor, support and extend student growth.

It is obvious when walking through the halls of Evergreen the school culture is one of harmony and positive energy. Students and teachers are excited to come to school every day. Our veteran teachers are also very welcoming to new teachers entering the teaching profession.

Students at Evergreen have many opportunities to participate in before and after school clubs, create projects in our makerspace, and participate in community celebrations such as our Veteran's Day Assembly and grade level performances.

The community takes great pride in our school and works to enrich student experiences which has created special bonds.
