Peoria Christian High School is a non-denominational school whose vision is "to produce academically skilled students who are equipped with a biblical worldview and who will impact the world for Christ." The distinctive at Peoria Christian is that we are not just academically-focused but that we are Christ-centered in the process. We challenge our students to develop their minds for Christ daily.
Peoria Christian endeavors to grow students academically for college preparatory and career-readiness. We understand that we serve a diverse population that will move on to a variety of directions after high school. The majority of the student body is involved in an extra-curricular activity and/or athletics. In like manner, we recognize the need for our students to be globally minded. We are committed to learning through our international students and sending students abroad. We strive to ensure that our students are well-rounded.
The faculty and staff are committed to infusing biblical truths into all subject areas. We work together to ensure that students are directed towards Christ through developing relationships with students that earn trust and credibility.
We gather corporately on a weekly basis in chapel to embolden students to reach their highest potential as they grow spiritually, academically, socially and emotionally. Fostering an atmosphere that promotes spiritual and academic growth is essential to the well-being of each of our students.
