Somerset Academy Miramar, home of the sharks, is a K-5 elementary school in Miramar, Florida. Our school has been an A rated school every year since its opening in August, 2007. Somerset Academy Miramar sets high academic and social expectations that together lead to the successful development of the whole child and creates lifelong learners prepared to contribute in an ever-changing society.
At Somerset Miramar, we strongly believe that children are all unique and learn in different ways. Differentiated instruction is the foundation to instruction at our school. Our curriculum includes a proactive approach to teaching that meets children's needs and maximizes their growth as learners.
