Our Golden Elementary is a community of scholars who strive to be respectful, responsible and safe every day. From the moment you walk onto the campus, you notice the dedication to our students. Golden Elementary is located in the Placentia-Yorba Linda School District and serves over 850 students from three neighboring cities. From the exceptional teachers, to the incredible staff, to the supportive parents, Golden Elementary is a place where everyone works together for the continued success of our students. In the last two years, teachers and staff have prioritized literacy and math instruction for all students. Strong systems of support include support teachers and staff to aid in English language development, speech and language development, and meeting the social and emotional needs of our students.

Our district is committed to being a dynamic learning community that prepares each and every student for success now and in the future. At Golden, we have provided students with the opportunity to expand their learning through technology integration in classroom curriculum that allows for the creation of student projects in a variety of media. Our district supports two computer technicians who provide learning opportunities and teaching resources to both our students and classroom teachers.

Golden Elementary school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Support program promotes a culture of student-centered excellence and seek ways to celebrate student success each and every day. From classroom incentives, to school-wide recognitions, students are given multiple opportunities at Golden Elementary to SHINE!
