Kingsland Elementary School is located in rural southern Arkansas serving students in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. All of the teachers at Kingsland are fully certified with 55% of the teachers having Master's degrees. Having a small staff: 6 full time teachers, a part time principal, librarian, art teacher, music teacher, and guidance counselor requires that everyone wears many hats. From volunteering to perform extra duty to helping clean up messes and making emergency repairs, the staff is committed to making the school run, but more importantly, to keeping children safe and insuring they receive a quality education.

Our community is no less committed to the education and success of our students and our school. They support the school through their donations of time, goods, and their hard earned dollars. It is only through this collaborative effort that our students are able to succeed. It is the goal of Kingsland Elementary School to see that its students are not only prepared for transitioning to the sixth grade, but also to ensure that they are equipped with the tools to become life-long learners and contributing members of society.
