The Cool Cats are Going Places! #hartmanpride
R.F. Hartman Elementary is a community of teacher learners who believe in providing a quality education so that all students can continue to strive for academic and social excellence throughout their lives. The staff members at Hartman are dedicated to the Wylie Independent School District's mission of sustaining a culture of high expectations while valuing unity, relationships, and trust.
Hartman staff members take great pride in their commitment to student academic achievement and to meeting the social and emotional needs of every student. The Hartman Cool Cats know that the school belongs to the community, and that educating the whole child is paramount to building a better society. So, it is no surprise that the 54 years of Hartman success has been rooted in the school's robust relationships with students, parents, and community members. With the support of the teachers and the community at-large, Hartman students continue to meet academic combined targets and close the achievement gaps of subpopulation groups.
