Grove Avenue students are enthusiastic about learning!

Grove Avenue Elementary School is honored to be receiving its third Blue Ribbon Award in twenty years. This success is testament to the hard work of our talented team of adults and students. All members of our extraordinary staff know that they contribute to our students' learning success and each individual delivers their best through their actions and attitudes. Parents are our partners in supporting our work and in being significant members of our kid relay team.

Grove is a special learning destination for children and is home to a culturally and socio-economically diverse student body. These unique qualities are woven together to create a mosaic of talent and potential. At Grove, we celebrate every one of our learners in grades kindergarten through five.

Our students know they too are a significant part of our team and are expected to shine in their actions as learners and citizens of our world. Every grade level participates in a social action initiative, some of which are schoolwide. Grove students shine as readers and fall in love with reading through the many engaging activities that we provide in order to grow life long readers and thinkers!

What sets our school apart is the tradition of creating excitement in the environment to make the children enthusiastic about coming to school. Whether it's an all-school field trip, a social justice project being launched, or a crazy hair day, Grove kids are excited to come to school and grow in their enthusiasm as learners.
