The 4 legs of the stool, working together to accomplish great things.

Clovercroft Elementary School is one of 24 elementary schools in Williamson County, TN and currently serves 770 students in grades K-5. As a community we have created and embraced our mission: To educate students to achieve academic excellence, empower them to reach their highest potential, and to inspire them to contribute positively to our community. Our mission statement was deliberately planned based on our collective beliefs and vision.

Our school was born out of a need to alleviate overcrowding in a rapidly growing district in August of 2011. We continue to embody our mission with our 4-legged stool vision. In this vision the seat of the stool is the overall education of each child. The four legs each represent a key component to their education. The one leg is the teacher, who continuously uses best practice instructional strategies to deliver quality curriculum while differentiating to meet the needs of the individual learners. The second leg is the parent, who provides the necessary support at home to ensure every child is ready to learn and the teachers are supported in their mission. The third leg is the child, who takes ownership for his/her own learning, ensuring to give his/her best each and every day. And the final leg is the school, who ensures that teachers, students and parents have what they need to help every child reach their potential.

We are a community of learners whose collective efforts (our 4-legged stool) help our students achieve academically while also serving their community.
