Goshen High Schools many Science Challenge champions and award winners celebrate their success

Goshen High School is located in rural Clermont County, Ohio. The Ohio Department of Education selected Goshen High School as a “School of Honor” and a “School of Promise” in the school years of 2013 and 2014. As a “School of Honor” and “School of Promise,” Goshen High sustains high achievement for all students while showing substantial progress serving a significant number of economically disadvantaged students. Cincinnati Magazine named Goshen High School to its “Best Schools” list for academic years 2014 and 2015. The school district has been rated Excellent by the Ohio Department of Education for the past seven years and earned commendable scores under Ohio’s new rating system. The College Board has named Goshen High School to its AP Honor Roll, and twelve students were named AP Scholars for demonstrating significant achievement on AP Exams in the 2014-15 school year.

Goshen High offers a variety of diverse programs to ensure the success of all students. While dual credit and AP courses designed for high achieving students are offered, the high school also provides high quality programs for at-risk students and students with special needs. Offering both career and college readiness programs has resulted in continually increasing graduation rates and scholarship awards. Goshen High School recognizes the importance of extracurricular activities in the development of young people. Students choose to participate in any number of clubs, athletic teams, and social events throughout the year. Participation is encouraged of all students, resulting in awards at the local, district, and state levels.
