Sue H. Morrow Elementary School is a suburban school located in Henderson, Nevada. It is one of 217 elementary schools in the Clark County School District. The school was dedicated in 1998 and we educate approximately 766 Pre-K - 5th grade students. Since 2011 our school has been designated a High Achieving and 5-Star School based on the Nevada School Performance Framework. This high academic ranking has been achieved by teachers' focusing their instruction on high-leverage instructional standards and student learning experiences that promote a high cognitive demand of rigor and provide opportunities for student discourse and metacognition to extend student learning. Sue H. Morrow ES is committed to high academic student performance among all subgroups, dedicated staff, engaged school - community involvement, and visionary leadership.
