Discovery in the Science Lab at Academy of Saint Paul
The Academy of Saint Paul (ASP) is a Middle States accredited Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade Catholic elementary school with an enrollment of over 260 students in northern Bergen County, New Jersey. Founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1952, ASP stands on a rich tradition of helping students develop their Catholic identity and excellent study habits so they are well-rounded and ready for success beyond our walls. Spirituality, scholarship, and service are the cornerstones of an ASP education. Our teachers utilize state of the art technology in support of excellent instruction. Our students are academically strong, spiritually supported, and following the example of St. Paul are preparing to take their place as faith-filled stewards of the Church and world. Our dedicated faculty partner with supportive parents and committed clergy. Academic excellence is reflected in student accomplishments, strong standardized test scores and student achievements on the honor roll and National Junior Honor Society. The school community comes together to build relationships and continues to advance the mission of the school. The enduring significance of an ASP education does not culminate with graduation but extends into high school and beyond. Our dedicated alumni support the vision as contributing members of the school community. Each student is equipped to be an individual who models the example of Jesus Christ, a diligent life-long learner and a responsible citizen of the global community.
