Without a doubt, St. Albert the Great School is a great place to learn. The entire faculty, staff, and parish community take seriously the mission to “prepare our students to be socially responsible people in order to make a positive contribution to society.” A myriad of talented and dedicated people ranging from administrators, a counselor, a special needs coordinator, teachers, IT support, paraprofessionals, maintenance staff, and parishioners work together to support, nurture, and educate our students. Drawing from our traditions while looking ever forward, we are able to combine the best practices that ensure our students will one day be college and career ready. High academic standards are the norm as reflected by our 2015 theme “Striving for Excellence!” Consistently high academic scores result from a carefully constructed curriculum designed to meet the needs of every learner. We recognize the individual uniqueness of each child and seek to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all. An active school board, PTO, and cadre of parent volunteers contribute enthusiastically to the overall quality of our school. Constant upgrades in technology and training provide students and teachers with up-to-date tools needed to learn in the 21st century. Above all, St. Albert is a Catholic community where the teachings of Christ are at the center of all that we do. With an emphasis on prayer, service, and community, our students are able to grow and mature spiritually, socially, psychologically, and academically, allowing us to boast of “Great Students, Great Minds, and Great Spirit.”
