Doral Academy Charter Middle is located in Doral, Florida, nestled between middle class residential neighborhoods, industrial warehouse businesses, just minutes away from the bustling Miami City. DACM prepares students with the academic skills that foster student success in any rigorous educational settings necessary to perform at or above grade level while instilling a belief in their own efficacy.

The school offers a curriculum that encourages college and career readiness. The academic program is comprised of seven courses per year, four of which are Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Sciences ranging from Intensive through Pre-Advanced Placement. Students also have the opportunity to earn high school credit during middle school in mathematics, science, and foreign language courses. Students may also chose STEM courses in a variety of disciplines including Robotics, Future City, Computer Science and Video Game Design.

Moreover, what sets DACM apart from other schools are the required career and college readiness courses. Students in grades 6 and 7 participate in a critical thinking and career discovery course where they are exposed to various study skills and strategies that enable them in becoming lifelong learners. Finally, in the 8th grade, students are enrolled in a college and career readiness course where they identify their strengths and interests in long-term college and career goals using a computer-based program called Naviance. Students are constantly reminded that although they are in middle school, early college planning is a priority. DACM continues to inspire students to strive for success and pursuit of higher education.
