Science discovery in Cielo Vista fourth grade.

Situated in an established neighborhood at the edge of the El Paso Independent School district (EPISD), Cielo Vista isn't an ordinary elementary school. This EPISD gem, established in 1968, nurtures students' academic success and has consistently maintained high academic performance. Generations of families have attended the campus. Teachers dedicate their entire careers to the school.

Enrollment at Cielo Vista mirrors the El Paso community, a multicultural and diverse Texas city bordered by Mexico that serves the U.S.'s second largest army installation. Its reputation for providing strong academics attracts Fort Bliss families who seek out the campus to enroll their children.

The secret to Cielo Vista's success: teachers work collaboratively to ensure students receive the best quality instruction and develop specific interventions to assist student learning and encourage individual student growth. The school prides itself on providing students a well-rounded education. Technology in the classroom shows Cielo Vista's dedication to 21st century learning. Character education teaches valuable life principles and cultivates civic-minded and well-rounded students. Strong support from parents and community partners further add to students' success and the school's welcoming environment.

The warmth and charm of the campus is immediately noticeable. Student achievements and works fill every hallway and stream on the TV monitor that greets visitors. University banners and flags decorate the walls of every classroom, serving as a reminder that higher education is an attainable goal. Faculty and staff simply love Cielo Vista and have dedicated themselves to the school's motto: "Each child, each day experiencing success in every way."
