Mrs. Halderman inspiring students on the first day of school!

Jenks Southeast Elementary is dedicated to preparing students for the future by providing a safe and secure learning environment which promotes positive self-esteem, respect for others, and recognition of each individual's educational needs. This focus creates a school culture which enables students to reach their fullest potential.

The school's motto, Together We Can, accurately expresses the spirit of the school. Each day staff, students and parents are provided with the opportunity to exemplify high standards and be mindful that all stakeholders contribute to the school's success.

Students can experience the school's Chinese Immersion Program, support the community through a variety of service projects, participate in activities that keep them healthy and fit, and partner with the families to make a positive impact within the community.

Through reflective practices, collaboration, and the celebration of its successes, the school has the opportunity to introduce the District's Five A’s of Excellence: academics, activities, athletics, attitude and the arts. Staff is empowered to promote the love of learning and encourage the students to take pride in being a Southeast Trojan. Everyone in the school is reminded daily that "What we learn with joy we never forget!"
