"Striving for Excellence" is the motto at Randolph Public Elementary. Students come to school every day ready to achieve and are enthusiastic about learning. Faculty and staff are always striving to improve and are passionate about the education of their students. The curriculum at Randolph Public Elementary is vigorous, research-based, and aligned to the state standards. Randolph is a small school with a big heart and tremendous commitment to turning out the future leaders of our community, state, and country.

Randolph Public School District is a small rural district located in Northeast Nebraska. One of our district's strengths would be a low teacher-student ratio. The students, teachers, administration, and community are a close-knit unit who are passionate about taking care of all members of this district. Staff are very experienced but yet are very open minded to new educational strategies. Another strength of the district is the students who are very connected to their heritage and have outstanding values. The strong work ethic at this school is an expectation of community, parents, and teachers and most students buy into these common values. The Randolph community has continued to support this small school and the education it provides for the youth. The district's school board continues to have a vision of a prosperous future for the community and understands the important role a quality school has in that future survival. The board and administration are determined to make sure that children and their education are at the forefront of all the district's decisions.
