Lifelong buddies inspiring one another at Mason Ridge!

At Mason Ridge, we believe that learning is a lifelong endeavor for the school community. Building on the inquisitive nature and intellectual curiosity of children, we provide learning opportunities designed to stimulate and challenge young minds. We believe in nurturing the social-emotional development of a child right alongside academic achievement. Student work and progress is assessed with teachers continually asking, "How will we respond when students do/don’t understand?"

We have many traditions that help to define who we are as Mason Ridge Mustangs. Student performances focus on fine arts and include areas such as music, strings, art and physical education.

Another traditional part of our school is our dedicated PTO. Parents are a powerful voice for children. They embrace our school traditions such as the annual book fair, school carnival, fundraiser auctions, talent show, Math Fact Scholars, Art Partners, Pastries for Parents and International Night.

Our Leadership Council focuses on student determined goals that are the driving force behind our community service activities which inspire and foster commitment to the community. Whether we are singing our school song or preparing for state testing, the presence of Mason Ridge pride is palpable. Students, staff and community members can be counted on to support each other throughout the most difficult and happy times. We believe our joint efforts between home and school create the connections that focus on the individual child while understanding that we are members of the wholethe Mason Ridge community.
