All grade levels devote scheduled planning time to collaborate and design differentiated lessons to engage students and enhance learning. Each grade level team meets monthly with the learning consultant and principal to analyze current student data, monitor short and long term goals, determine needed interventions, and adapt plans to meet high expectations. In addition, dedicated parents volunteer their time assisting in classrooms. Parents also support special programs to enrich the student experience.

The Musson Staff utilizes district professional development days to investigate and remain current with research based strategies. Staff book club discussions and the modeling of teaching techniques incorporated into classroom lessons foster adult learning from peers. Musson students benefit from the synergy of dedicated staff working together to improve data and learning outcomes for all students.
